Georgiana Nicolaescu was born in Sibiu and graduated the University of Arts and Design in Cluj Napoca, focusing her study and work on leather; in 2008 she started a workshop in Bucharest where NIDESTTE products were manufacture; in 2010 this has been replaced by GIUKA by Georgiana Nicolaescu
Production is focused on bags, clutches, belts and shoes for women, and some men's products, crafted in small series or unique these are handmade by artisans with rich experience in leather manufacturing.
GIUKA collections are full of color and originality. Materials and accessories used them are carefully selected from external suppliers, especially from Italy and France and the combinations of leather and textile or exotic leather and textile as well as floral and geometric applications give an original and personalized touch to the products.
Georgiana Nicolaescu collaborates with other Romanian designers to manufacture bags that are displayed on different Romanian fashion catwalks. For special occasions design issues are discussed personally with demanding cutomers that put emphasis on originality, resulting unique creations suitable for special events.
During a visit to the workshop it is possible can discuss in detail every aspect of the product, choose from the leather and accessories stock so that the ordered product matches your exact requirements.
